 My car is a #'s matching 440/4spd/Dana car - it has NO power options (manual brakes & steering). The odometer reading is 70,500 miles and the engine was rebuilt at 60,000 (in 1990), I have the buildsheet and the fendertag is still in place. It's had one repaint of the original color over the original sheetmetal. I've traced down the owner history, unfortunately the original owner passed away years ago, but his nephew remembers the car pretty well (Altoona, PA) and is sending me pics of it when it was new (I hope). I plan on keeping the car as long as I can and enjoying it as it is, then restoring it back to new condition over time. I plan to buy a set of steel 15x7's with dog dish hubcaps in order to give it that "old school" look as well... I'M LUCKY TO OWN HER... (we could not agree more Dave) |
